  • Participant in a team representing a French state corporation as part of its claim for a value of more than one billion euros in an ICC arbitration resulting from the termination of a long-term contract for the construction and operation of a uranium enrichment plant.
  • Participant in a team representing a Hong Kong company in an ICC arbitration for US $ 80 million concerning expropriation of a destination resort in Egypt.
  • Participant in a team representing the French subcontractors of a general contractor of an international construction in an ICC arbitration against a Middle Eastern State involving multiple requests for additional unpaid work, involving numerous RFCOs, COs and contract claims.
  • Principal counsel representing a Southeast Asian public entity in an ICC arbitration to recover its debt from an emanation of an Eastern European State.
