Olivia Kimbrough

Olivia advises individuals and companies, in French and English, in particular where their interests span France and the United States. She practices international business law, including litigation and arbitration (ICC, ICSID and AAA proceedings), and handles the enforcement in France of arbitral awards and foreign judgments. She also advises on construction matters, including the allocation of risks, force majeure and defects, as well as on leases and joint ownership disputes.
